The past month I was with someone who sneaking was trying to have control of my finances. He spilled core all over my purse am laundry so I had to get other clothes. I was staying with him one night didntt know where he was so I had to stay at hotel at that point I had to borrow money then he broke my phone so for the next month I am I’m debt my sibling was helping me with phone bill he’s saying he has no money I am pretty sure he’s lying but I need solutions for this. 1 How can I get help for my rent. Phone the money I had to borrow.

If your sibling has had to step up and help you with money even once before, then he’s only lying to you to try to be polite. No one cares for a moocher. They’re tiresome and their troubles are always someone else’s fault.
Speak to your landlord and the phone company. Ask if they’ll make up a payment schedule and then YOU have to stick to it.
