I have two credit cards, the balance on the first card is $3,598.22 and the balance on the second card is $11,005.89. I want to transfer the balance on the first card to the second card but the credit limit on my second card is not enough to accomodate the balance on my first card. They just raised my credit limit a few months ago and I have a feeling that they would deny another increase. They would not let me talk to their credit department to explain my situation. What should I do? My credit is good. Any suggestions on how I should consolidate them and not pay too much monthly. I’m currently paying $400 on the first card and $200 on the second card.

An example came from Representative Jeb Hensarling, who asked: Will that new budget, like your old budget, triple the national debt and continue to take us down the path of increasing the cost of government to almost 25 percent of our economy? That’s the question, Mr. President.

Obama complained that the whole question was structured as a talking point for running a campaign.

He slammed blanket Republican opposition to a $787 billion economic stimulus plan passed by the Democratic-led Congress last year, saying despite that opposition, some Republican lawmakers appeared at ribbon-cutting ceremonies for projects in their districts funded by the program.

And he insisted that Friday’s government report of 5.7 percent economic growth for the fourth quarter showed his efforts to jump-start the economy were working.

While acknowledging double-digit unemployment could not be tolerated, Obama also reminded the lawmakers of the high joblessness and huge budget deficit he had inherited from his Republican predecessor, George W. Bush.

Lawmakers applauded Obama politely and gave him a respectful hearing, but they challenged his policies openly during a contentious question-and-answer session.

The president, known for his No-drama Obama demeanor, grew testier as the session wore on.

When Georgia congressman Tom Price charged that Obama had repeatedly accused Republicans of offering no ideas and no solutions, Obama shot back, I don’t think I said that.
That should read protesting OPPOSITION to his big liberal spending policies too much.

When you pay it off, is that called unfinancing, or what? And if you get a new mortgage later, is that called refinancing even though it’s a new mortgage? Are the terms and rates usually the same as normal refinancing?

i have applied for a car loan over the internet. a used car dealership website advertises they can finance people with bad credit, bankrutcy or no credit. i dont know how they can do this or find a loaner. my understanding is IF you have a bankrutcy or BAD credit or NO credit its like very hard to get a loan for anything. i hadnt heard from them yet. i am wondering if they had been going through multiple lenders to get me financed. Question……If you apply for a loan they have to check your credit score ect. how many points to you lose from they check?
