and he has the truck and has been making the payments late! and my name is on it so of course Im getting calls and bad credit, what can I do?? He wont refinance and thats the only option the car dealer place is giving me. Can i take him to court or something and if so how do I do that?

PS we were engaged, together for six years, and have a son together so it wasnt a stupid spurr of the moment thing.
